It’s all about music for Things I Love Thursday!
I enjoy most all genres of music. Give me rock, alternative, country, R&B, a bit of rap, blues, throw in a bit of pop, I don’t mind at all. I have an iPod with two docks that get moved from room to room. I have Sirius in my house (when the leaves aren’t on the trees) and Sirius in my Escape. I have many, many CDs.
Fortunately, Ric shares my passion for music. When we were first dating, I was struggling with a gift for him. I asked a mutual friend for advice and was told that anything to do with music would be A-okay. This made me happy.
Our kids share this love with us as well. Our boys both play musical instruments and seem to always have earbuds or headphones near with music coming from them. Our daughter keeps her iPod with her pretty much all the time. All three tend to like all the genres that Ric and I enjoy. Yes, this makes us happy.
Music is a major part of who I am and I’m always on the listen for something new to feed my soul.
