Russell came into our family a few years ago when he and our son met and, almost instantly, became best friends. We love Russell as one of our own and look forward to all the future holds for him. When Russ told us a couple of months ago that he was engaged to Rachel, we were so happy for him. To then have this sweet couple ask if I would photograph their wedding was such an honor. I cannot wait to share their special day with them and then share it with you all.

In the meantime, we’ll celebrate Valentine’s Day with a couple of photos of Russell and Rachel from their engagement session. Aren’t they a beautiful couple?

When Holly messaged me to ask about setting up a photo session with her and Ben, I knew this would be a special set of images. Ben is leaving for Basic Training in August and he and Holly wanted to capture this moment before he goes. They were such a fun couple to photograph from the moment I started shooting. They were open to any suggestions I offered and it certainly made for such an easy session. At one point we were all in the creek!
